Helloooo! This is YOUR MORNING SAUCE! Good Morning My Love. I know that sometimes you wake up in the morning and you don’t feel like adulting. I know that you sometimes feel overwhelmed before the day has even begun. And I know you feel like there is no way out of the pressures of life all around you. 

I want you to know that I see you and acknowledge you right where you’re at. 

Take a moment to just breathe. Allow yourself to be human in this moment. 

It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to feel all the feels. It’s okay to not be strong all the time. It’s okay to pause, take a deep breathe in, and exhale. Let your worries go. 

I know it doesn’t always feel like it, but you’re going to be okay. How do I know this? Well just look at how far you’ve already come! You’re still here. “Alive and kickin!” as my mother would put it.

When you step back and be the observer of your life, you start to realize everything around you is really this EPIC experience and adventure that you get to be a part of. 

There’s so many crayons inside this coloring box that we all use daily to paint and create this magical manifestation that we all say out loud as, “ THIS IS MY LIFE”

But some of us, only use the same crayons each and every day over and over, that it’s become this dull, boring, sad canvass. 

I totally understand this. So lovely, I want to remind you that EVERYTHING you want and desire, is already there. Where? It’s already within you. You already possess an array of crayons to create this new life for yourself. If this is what you desire. If you want the same life but want to add some jazzzzz to it, you already have the crayons in your crayon box. Just search within, and pull them out. Then open up your creative mind, and let your creative juices flow. Mm!

Repeat after me: “Everything I want, is already here.” 

Say it again, “Everything I want, is already here.” YASSS! And so it is! And SO – IT-IS.

Ohhh you are so magical! You are so special. You are meant for greatness because YOU ARE GREATNESS. And I love you so much. Right where you’re at. Just know, I believe in you. Now, believe in yourself.
